Butlins - Summer 2010

Daniella and I were lucky enough to get a week away, all inclusive, at a family resort called Butlins, courtesy of Tesco (UK version of Pick 'n Pay). My mum spends a lot at Tesco shopping for the restaurant and we exchanged her points for our holiday! Lucky us! We had a lot of fun swimming (indoor - wave pools, bubble baths, rapids and water slides etc), playing mini golf, going to the fun fair and enjoying all the night life. We saw Lloyd Daniels sing amongst other acts including a tribute band to Take That. Everything was fantastic. A great kids holiday!

Scotland 2010

As my mum buys a lot from Tesco (UK version of Pick 'n Pay) she receives a lot of points which can be exchanged for almost anything. Daniella and I flew to Scotland to see Allan, Faith, Sam, Jenna and Lily courtesy of Tesco. We had a fantastic week away.

Summer Concert, Speech Day and Prize Giving 2010

This year's Summer Concert was fantastic. The choir sang so beautifully, who would have thought that these kids were aged 10 - 13?! As soon as I figure out how to add a video, I'll put it on for you to see and hear. Speech Day and Prize Giving was brilliant too with Daniella taking the prize for 'Student of the year'. I was crying with pride and forgot to take a photo of her on stage!

Swimming Gala 2010

Swimming is definitely Daniella's 'thing'. She did so well in the gala winning a number of her races and again.... her house came 1st!

Sports Day 2010

Daniella's Sports Day was a lovely day out this year with beautiful sunny weather. Daniella did hurdles, shot and the relay. Her house came 1st!

A Mid Summer Night's Dream

The school play this year was A Mid Summer Night's Dream. It was spectacular! The kids had loads of fun putting on a great performance!

World Book Day

Daniella decided to go as 'The Mad Hatter' to World Book Day at school this year.... didn't she look the part?!
